What can you do in Arbúcies and its Holiday cottages?

Remains of human settlements dating back to the Paleolithic era have been found. The first written documents in which the town appears are from the year 898. Throughout the year, prestigious festivals and fairs are held. It is worth seeing the streets of the town decorated with carpets of flowers during Corpus Christi. At the Autumn Fair you can taste some of the typical products of the area such as mushrooms, chestnuts or apples.

Take a trip to the Montseny woods

The natural environment of Arbúcies has a great botanical and landscape diversity. From the center of the town there are many routes that go to places like Sant Pere Desplà or Santa Maria de Lliors. There are also forest trails that cross the Montseny forests and allow you to see many corners of the natural park.

Visit the Ethnological Museum

One of the most interesting cultural spaces in Arbúcies is the Ethnological Museum. It is the only documentation center of the Montseny Natural Park. In its facilities you can see a collection of what life has been like for the inhabitants of these lands throughout history.

Arbúcies has a great wealth of waters. Around the town you will find numerous springs from which high quality water flows. The most well-known are the Lurda one at the entrance to the town, the Molí de les Pipes or the Regàs one.
