Holiday cottages in Viladrau

We spent 4 days with the family at the house. The house corresponds to the photos: it is large, spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and a well-kept garden. The football area, swimming pool, billiards and ping-pong is a plus if you go with teenagers. Thanks for the welcome detail and being able to use the barbecue and paddle courts. In Breda there are shops and supermarkets nearby and the area is quiet. But there are certain things to improve. First, not having a key for the door and the entrance gate gives a lot of insecurity, especially at night (as much as it can only be opened with a code, at least a lock would be good). Second, the municipal door-to-door system (without containers on the street) for recycling and selective waste collection in Breda is totally incompatible with a holiday rental of days. The property/Naturaki, in addition to encouraging recycling and reminding to leave the house clean (there is a deposit), must provide a solution for the last day, it is not an option for the tenant to take the accumulated garbage in their car (where?) or distribute it in the park/sidewalk bins. I would also advise having a large trash bin to leave the different already full and closed recycling bags and not have them accumulated in the garden (where the area fills with flies, ants and wasps). Third: the pool is quite large for being private, but from the second day the water was increasingly murky, despite the filtration system and passing the net. Fourth: the rooms were hot at night, fans were missed; in the suite room there is air conditioning but it is already a few years old and is quite noisy. There are mosquito nets on all windows, but there is no air circulation and at 6 light already comes in. And finally, possibly being the end of the season, the upholstery of the living room sofa was quite dirty; covers or quilts to cover the sofa, for hygiene, would have been appreciated. Houses of this type have their own wear and tear that can be understood but these details can compensate for the quality and price that is supposed to be paid for them.

The house is extraordinary, with corners for gathering and others for isolating oneself. It is quiet, away from road noise. The pool is ideal for cooling off. The hosts are friendly, considerate and responsive. We had a great week at Moli de Puigcarbo.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Everything was perfectly organized and the house was fully equipped with all the essentials. The bedding, towels, kitchen utensils and everything else we needed were provided, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. One of the highlights was the large garden. It offers plenty of space for activities and we enjoyed playing volleyball as well as swimming there. It was the perfect area to relax, have fun and spend quality time together. The property was clean, well maintained and exactly as described. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent facilities available.

The truth is that the experience has been very good, comfort, cleanliness and a good welcome with the assortment of cold cuts. Thank you.

We were there this past weekend and all the spaces were very well maintained. The facilities and communication with Eric were great. He also recommended a very cool route to get lost in the mountains. The pool and jacuzzi area made the rainy day fly by. The house is bigger than we thought! If it's available we will definitely return. A hug!.
