1. “El Vermut” (Roses)
As its name suggests, in this bar you can enjoy an infinite list of the best vermouths, mainly Catalan and Empordà. If you accompany it with one of its tapas, it will taste even better. A classic vermouth.
2. Vermuteria Lola (Girona)
In the heart of the old quarter you will find this Rumba style bar with where you can taste anchovies, olives, chips and classic tapas of excellent quality. All of them accompanied by the owner's spark and a good glass of vermouth. A modern classic in the middle of Girona.
3. Can Pepitu (Port de la Selva)
An emblematic spot on the seafront in this fishers' village of Alt Empordà. The prices are very cheap and they offer classic tapas, varied vermouths, combined dishes, stews… It's worth a visit.
4. 1869 (L'Escala)
You can not miss this tapas bar of L'Escala for the unbeatable views it offers. Located in the middle of the village on the main beach. We recommend the croquettes and fried halves. In summer it becomes an ideal place for “tapas” and in winter a bucolic place to shelter from the North wind.
5. La Rosaleda (Girona)
La Rosaleda Tasting Garden is not just a place where to have a vermouth in the shadows of the Devesa trees, it is much more than that: a social project that forms and deals with people with special difficulties.
6. Mooma (Palau-Sator)
Its location, surrounded by apple trees and the large outdoor space, makes Mooma an ideal place to enjoy a vermouth or one of its ciders accompanied by some of the tapas on offer.
