We believe there's no better way to end the day than enjoying live music on an outdoor terrace in the evening breeze, sipping a cool cocktail in good company after a day of beating the heat in the pool, on one of the marvelous beaches on the Costa Brava or doing any of the water activities that help us cool off.
During the summer the terraces of the Costa Brava are filled with music and a good atmosphere, which is why we have prepared 9 suggestions for you that we consider the best terraces of the Costa Brava where you can enjoy live music.
1. El Pati de l'Estrella (Palafrugell)

El Pati de l'Estrella is a vermouth bar with live music located in the courtyard of Hostal Estrella de Palafrugell (Baix Empordà), close to one of the most picturesque beaches in Calella de Palafrugell. The space is set in an old vermouth bar from the 1950s where they serve brunch and snacks with an extensive menu of local vermouths, beers and wines. During the months of May and June, every Saturday evening and during the months of July and August every Thursday and Sunday from 19.30 to 22.00 there is live music or DJ sessions.
It's not the first time we've told you about Marlin Beach, since due to its location, next to the sea on Sant Pere Pescador beach (Alt Empordà) itself, and due to its gastronomy, we consider it one of the best chiringuitos in the Costa Brava. A great place to listen to live music with your bare feet on the sand.
With a very complete cocktail menu, the Sunset Jazz Club is located close to the old quarter of Girona (Gironès). Throughout the year you will find the best offer of jazz music. In the summer you can enjoy its terrace and during the month of July they organize Jazz a la Fresca sessions every Thursday. Most of their concerts are free.

A very special place to spend a good time in good company with an extensive cocktail menu and a gastronomic offer based on tapas, pizzas and grilled meat. The decoration of its terrace is exceptional, surrounded by rocks, pine trees and exotic plants that make it very cozy. During the summer months they organize a lot of live music nights. In Begur (Baix Empordà) you will find one of the best beaches on the Costa Brava.
La Frontera is a venue with over 30 years of history in the nightlife world. Its summer terrace is characterized by its themed parties, billiards and live music. If you're coming to Cadaqués (Alt Empordà), you can't miss La Frontera terrace.
6. Mas Sorrer (Gualta)

In the middle of the Empordà (Baix Empordà), Mas Sorrer is a space with different gastronomic proposals where you can also enjoy a cocktail while contemplating the most spectacular sunsets. Concerts, festivals and lots of activities are organized at Mas Sorrer, such as outdoor cinema and even yoga sessions. One of the best cocktail bars on the Costa Brava.
On the terrace of the SET Cafè, every week during the months of July and August you can enjoy live music nights with views of the Estany de Banyoles (Pla de l'Estany) that will not leave you indifferent. They offer a wide variety of cocktails, tapas and dishes to share, all made with local products. A good option after going around the lake of Banyoles.
From its terrace, during the day you can enjoy the views of the sea and the Bay of Roses (Alt Empordà), during the evening. Sunsets are a real spectacle for the eyes here, and at night, Ona Beach Bar transforms into a space where you'll have a good time savoring their cocktail menu and listening to great music and DJ sessions they organize.
9. Tempo Village (Girona)

Tempo is already one of the most anticipated summer festivals in the city of Girona (Gironès). Also known as the festival of the old quarter of Girona, in its village, with a great gastronomic offer and cocktails, you can enjoy its surroundings, close to the walls and the cathedral of Girona, while listening from local music groups to established national artists.
