Mas Frigola Empordà is a completely renovated farmhouse in the Alt Empordà plain, very close to the Fluvià river, between the municipalities of Palau de Santa Eulàlia and Sant Miquel de Fluvià. The surroundings are ideal for disconnecting, hiking, cycling and enjoying the natural environment, well connected to the train station. The house is 18 kilometers from the beaches of the Gulf of Roses and 13 kilometers from the center of Figueres.
On the ground floor there is the wide common spaces equipped with all comforts: a large hall, a living room with sofas and Smart TV, a pantry, a full bathroom with shower, a large kitchen with a fireplace and the dining room to enjoy together.
On the first floor are the four bedrooms of the house, one double bedroom with bunk bed and three bedrooms with double beds. This same floor also houses a full bathroom with shower and a small outdoor terrace, from where you can admire the magnificent view of the surroundings. The stone walls and original architecture elements stand out, giving a special warmth to enjoy the house.
The exterior of the farmhouse, completely fenced, offers large spaces for leisure and relaxation, such as the games room with table tennis, foosball and bicycle room. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool, playing area for football, basketball and volleyball and a large parking area. It also has a barbecue area with a covered porch where the whole group can eat together al fresco.
