Everything is absolutely correct. Staff, cleanliness, the facilities are 100% as advertised on the web. Very good service.

We have been three families with children for a week and we have been super comfortable. Spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. Playground and space to play. The pool is fenced so it is safe. Jaume and his family are very friendly and willing to help in everything that was in their hands. From the house you can reach the beach in half an hour and Banyoles lake in 15 min. Since it is a livestock area there are many flies and mosquitoes but it is an inevitable thing and there are mosquito nets on all windows.

We have spent four fantastic days. The house is beautiful, with charming architecture and lots of natural light that we fell in love with as soon as we walked in. It is the ideal place to relax and connect with tranquility. In addition, it is a comfortable house and is equipped with everything you need. Montse, the owner, is super attentive and aware of every detail to make us feel at home. An 11 out of 10!.

Can Baiell is located in a unique environment among trees and nature, which means you have to be prepared for the smells of nature, such as a nearby cow farm. The house has a very pleasant swimming pool area, a well-set up outdoor dining area near the barbecue, more lighting is needed in the barbecue area. The interior is simple but has the necessary, with renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. Recommended if you go with family to rest for a few days and be able to visit the surroundings such as Banyoles, Girona or L’Estartit.

The house is very well equipped, everything is quite new and the location is excellent: secluded, quiet and perfect for disconnecting. As for the facilities, we have no complaints. However, we believe that there are several aspects that should be improved. The main one is the issue of flies: many entered the house and there was a large amount of dead flies on the floor throughout the house. Mosquito nets on doors and windows would be a much needed improvement. We also did not find the presence of a camera pointing towards the pool area appropriate. We understand that there may be security reasons, but it affects the privacy of the guests. In fact, we felt uncomfortable knowing that we could be being recorded while enjoying the pool. On the other hand, although they finally returned the deposit to us, we were told that on a next occasion they could charge us an additional 50 € for cleaning because the floor had become a bit sticky after a bottle broke. We cleaned it as soon as it happened and, although it is possible that some residue remained, it seems to us an excessive claim considering the price of the accommodation and that the house was left in good general condition, far from being dirty or neglected. In summary, the experience was good thanks to the house and its location, but these details are not necessary.

Regarding the camera, it is only intended to ensure security and control access, especially when there are no guests in the house, but we understand your concern. After considering it, we have changed the camera's location to avoid making guests feel uncomfortable. About the cleaning, we make a great effort in maintaining and cleaning the facilities so that all guests can enjoy the house, and it is for this reason that, much to our regret, on some occasions we are forced to apply a security deposit withholding when guests have not left the house in the expected conditions. However, in your case, considering it was an accident and that the rest of the house was alright, we ultimately decided not to withhold the deposit.

The house is great, just like all your houses. The only thing missing was a paella pan and, as there was one in the previous two, I thought there would be one in this one too. On the other hand, bees have made panels on the pool loungers, but everything else is perfect as always.

For future occasions, we recommend you consult the list of equipment and services of the house you have booked, as it can vary a bit from house to house. During the summer we intensify the wasp treatments in the pool areas. We have carried out the treatment again to solve it.
