The history of Palafolls dates back to the year 947. If you want to learn more about its history, you must see buildings such as Puigvert's mill, a building that still retains part of its old machinery and water. Another very important building is the parish church of Sant Genís de Palafolls. Its origin is Romanesque and on the right side it has a defense tower.

Discover his castle

One of the main attractions of Palafolls is its castle. In fact, it is one of the main medieval buildings in Catalunya. The building can be divided into three enclosures. On one side, you have the tribute tower that dates from the 10th century. On the other is the coat of arms and the chapel that were built in the 13th century. The outermost area is from the 16th century.
