Holiday cottages in L'Esparra

We spent a holiday week at the end of August at Mas Horta del Moli. We were a total of 21 (10 adults and 11 teenagers aged 13 to 18) and had 10 rooms and as many bathrooms, needless to say, we were comfortable! The house has many positive points: - Super spacious rooms, quality bedding, possibility to split the house into 2 wings: one for adults, the other for teenagers, - Facilities proportionate to the capacity of the house (which can accommodate up to 30 people) that is to say vast indoor and outdoor lounges, 3 fridges (including 1 outside which is super practical), 3 dishwashers (including 1 outside likewise), dining tables and chairs indoor and outdoor that can accommodate everyone, sufficient dishes and small appliances, barbecues for 30 people, - Vast super equipped common areas: billiard room, baby room, ping pong room, jacuzzi (even if a bit too cold to be pleasant), swimming pool with sufficient sun loungers, football field (even if it would be much better if the goals had a net!) and volleyball. In short, not much to complain about the house except: 1. The rooms, although very spacious, are sorely lacking in furniture or equipment to store clothes or dry them; 2. We had hot water problems in the shower of several rooms for almost the entire week until it was finally fixed on the last day after multiple requests. However, this last point should be put into perspective since the caretaker who lives next to the house and is responsible for dealing with such inconveniences was unfortunately prevented for medical reasons during our stay. Communication with Naturaki was good, even very good: we notably had to call a locksmith urgently at night to unlock the toilet door on the ground floor which was stuck and Naturaki was very responsive in reimbursing us for the costs incurred. Kudos to them. Only one real downside to mention: the presence of neighbors at the back of the garden, particularly annoying and intolerant to the slightest noise that we had to reprimand several times until they let us enjoy our holidays in peace. A problem apparently known to the caretaker and her partner and that they really tried to manage as best as possible and in our interest despite the aforementioned health problems. In the end, these neighborhood problems did not really infringe on the quality of our holidays.

We spent a very good week at Les Moreres. It is a very quiet place, despite having Girona airport nearby. You don't need to take the car to go shopping, as you can live in the village. We hardly left: we did the daily shopping in the village and little else. The house is very practical and comfortable and, if you go with children, it is ideal. The pool is very good for children, as it has a fairly wide area where the water does not cover. As a very positive point, on the first day we asked for more shade in the outdoor areas of the pool and barbecue, and they immediately solved it. As a negative point, I would say that the fridge is a bit short for the number of people the house can accommodate.

Fantastic 2-week stay at Cal Bolet with 2 families (4 adults, 4 children). The house is large, clean, well equipped and has an amazing garden in the middle of the forest. Monica was extremely attentive and helpful. Note on access: Access requires driving about 700m on an unpaved road. It is feasible with a normal car driving carefully, although SUVs have it easier and low sports cars should be cautious. We would love to come back!

The house is superb, spacious and perfectly equipped. The outdoor spaces, especially the pool, are very pleasant. The common areas and rooms are spacious and are perfectly suited for a stay with friends.

We really enjoyed every day at Mas Horta. The impressive big house was very clean, has a large pool, all the games and sports facilities you can imagine. It is also very easy to reach from the highways.

We loved our stay at Les Moreres. The house is very clean, well equipped, air conditioning in every room. Also, the closeness to the village with the supermarket, the bakery and restaurant was very much what we hoped for. We made several trips to Girona, which is only 15/20 minutes away. Nice markets, coffee bars and an old town to fall in love with. It's also perfect for trail runs and gravel bike routes. The pool and sunbeds were super nice and we could perfectly relax by the pool. At night, the BBQ was perfect for grilling steaks, burgers and Lomo! It could use a little bit more green and plants, and also an extra parasol or shade canvas. But we think it was so new it's still work in progress. We would very much recommend staying at this house. The service of Naturaki was also very positive. Very clear communication and service.
