Discover its history
The presence of cave paintings in the area shows that Paleolithic man already inhabited these lands. However, it is not until the year 1232 when the first written document is available. La Sénia played a major role during the Spanish Civil War when the Republican army built a military airfield.
In the historic center of the town, you can see medieval buildings. There are also viewpoints that offer magnificent views of the town. Be sure to visit Molí de la Vella. A building with more than nine hundred years of history and which is currently being restored to become an interpretation center.

It is dedicated to the Virgin of Pallerols and the streets are decorated with giant carpets made of sawdust.
