In some of the caves that are part of the municipality, Neolithic remains have been found . Throughout its history Febró has passed through several hands such as those of the County of Prades or Blanca, the wife of Count Ramon Berenguer.

The Prades mountains are perfect for outdoor activities in a unique natural environment . If you like climbing you will find areas enabled for its practice. You also have many signposted routes that you can do on foot or by mountain bike.

The Febró chasms are well known throughout the region. They form an open crack that is more than 250 meters long. This means that many hikers take the opportunity to discover some of the paths that can be seen in the chasms. A very well-known place is the Corra l cave , due to the fact that it was a refuge during the Spanish Civil War.

Walking along the paths that surround the municipality you can see farmhouses that still preserve the traditional rural architecture. Some of the best known are the Mas d'en Porrera or the Mas dels Frares.

Strolling through the streets of la Febró is taking a trip back in time. One of the most emblematic buildings is the church of Sant Esteve de la Febró. Its plan is rectangular and dates from the 16th century. It is declared Architectural Heritage of Catalunya.
