As a Premium Client, you have access to a range of benefits designed to make each stay more comfortable, flexible, and special.

Reduced deposits

We trust you. That's why, as a Premium Client, you will enjoy lower deposits on your bookings.

Book in advance

You will be able to book up to 12 months in advance, 30 days before other guests.

Surprise perks

You will enjoy exclusive surprises during your stays, making the experience even more special.

Exclusive annual prize draw

You will be entered into the draw for a romantic getaway at Loft Vilafreser: a 2-night stay for 2 people including a massage for each guest.

How to become a Premium Client?

It's very simple. You just need to meet two requirements:

Two stays completed

If you have already enjoyed two stays at our houses, you are among the guests who know Naturaki best. Each visit shows us that you appreciate our way of doing things.

Respectful stays

Premium Clients are guests who share the values of respect and care for the houses, their owners and the environment, the foundation of a community built on trust.

We answer your questions

Everything you need to know about our Premium Client program.

When do I become a Premium Client?
You automatically become a Premium Client once you complete two stays in Naturaki houses, provided they took place without incidents and with respect for the house rules.

Once these requirements are met, the system will assign you Premium status and you will be able to start enjoying the benefits on your next booking.

When you become a Premium Client, we will send you a welcome email to let you know that you are now part of the program.

You will also see the Premium Client badge in your client profile and you will be able to check your available benefits in the "My Account" section.
Does being a Premium Client cost anything?
No. Becoming a Premium Client has no cost.

It's our way to thanking guests who return to enjoy our houses. Premium Client status is assigned automatically once the requirements are met.
What are the "surprise benefits"?
Surprise benefits are exclusive perks that Premium Clients may enjoy during some of their stays.

We can't reveal more... otherwise it wouldn't be a surprise ;-)
How does the annual prize draw work?
Every year we hold an exclusive prize draw for all Premium Clients.

All clients with Premium status are automatically entered into the draw, without having to take any action. The prize is a romantic getaway to Loft Vilafreser, including a two-night stay for two people with a 60-minute massage for each guest at the house. The prize can be exchanged for a voucher of the same value to book at another house managed by Naturaki.

The winner of the draw is announced directly by email, phone call, and on our social media.
Do bookings have to be made with the same account?
Yes. To count stays and obtain Premium Client status, bookings must be made using the same Naturaki client account.

The program's benefits are associated with the account of the Premium Client making the booking.

Stays are counted once the second stay has begun.

Future or cancelled bookings do not count towards obtaining Premium Client status.
How long does Premium Client status last? Can it be revoked?
Premium Client status has no expiration date as long as the program conditions are maintained.

Naturaki may update or expand the program's benefits over time to continue improving the guest experience.

In exceptional cases, if during a stay there are serious incidents, breaches of house rules, or situations of disrespect, Naturaki may revoke Premium Client status.

The program is based on mutual trust between guests, homeowners, and the Naturaki team.
