Holiday cottages in Riudellots de la Selva

Very good house with everything necessary to spend a good weekend with friends or family. It has many beautiful spaces both individual and communal, for example, the pool area is wonderful, as is the outside house. Given that the yard house is used a lot, it would be good to have plates and glasses also in that area so as not to have to make many trips with dishes. It is greatly appreciated that in the house there are three fridges, three barbecues and a good paella with a paella pan, which facilitates meal management for large groups. Unfortunately we had ants coming into the house (kitchen, room...) every day, as well as in the barbecue area, which makes us rate the maintenance with 3 stars. In addition, it was necessary for the owner to come to the house because we had issues like these with the ants, and he also told us that he had to come every morning to clean the pool, which takes away privacy and is not entirely comfortable. Finally, there is a main road (cross-cutting axis) nearby that can be heard and this makes the location not perfect for disconnecting in nature. However, this also makes it easily accessible and close to the village.

As you rightly comment, in summer it is necessary to maintain the pool daily to ensure it is always in the best conditions, and we try to do it early in the morning to respect the privacy of the guests. The house is very large, with a bathroom in each room, very pleasant common areas, the garden and pool are spectacular, with corners to also enjoy tranquility. Many excursions can be made from there. The owner is very attentive and aware of everything!

Ideal house for a group, exceptional place, very good services. The house remains in excellent condition. Our last stay was 3 years ago. Small invasion of tiny flies in the valley this year, but there's not much we can do about it. Josep is very friendly and communication is smooth. Thank you Josep!!

We would highly recommend this beautiful villa - there is so much space, everything you need, an amazing pool and stunning views of the countryside. Narcis and his family are great hosts and are so accommodating and helpful! The historic city of Girona is only a 20 minute drive away and the nearest beach about 35 minutes. We would recommend a car to get around. Thank you for a fantastic stay - we hope to return again in the future!

Beautiful modern house, big rooms and nice beds. A bit small kitchen bench for cooking. Road up to the house (10 minutes drive) is bumpy and steep, but we got used to it. Perfect stay with family (8 adults and 4 kids under 7 years). Nice small town just 10-20 minutes drive from house. Very nice pool and pool area. Quiet place and nice nature.

Very spacious and useful outdoor spaces. Although we have not been able to make use of the porch due to the high temperatures; we have missed that it had some kind of air conditioning system. The interior is very comfortable and spacious for large groups, and with everything necessary in terms of utensils. As an improvement suggestion for the installation, we believe that some kind of shade in the pool to place the sun loungers, apart from the one already located for the pool table, would help to enjoy the area more. Even so, we have had some great days and we are sure that we will repeat!
