There is not enough crockery and not enough kitchen utensils for eight people. This means that you have to wash things by hand and with the dishwasher very often. There are not many dishwasher tablets or dish soap. There was only one roll of toilet paper in each sink and there were 8. We called and they fixed it in half an hour, hence the 5 stars.

Regarding the kitchen utensils, these are the ones included in Naturaki’s checklist for all houses, and we monitor them to ensure they are up to date. On the website, you can see everything the house includes, as well as additional information, such as the fact that a welcome cleaning kit is provided with a dishwasher tablet, a garbage bag, a cloth, and dish soap, along with one roll of kitchen paper and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Regarding toilet paper rolls, we always put 2 rolls per bathroom (one inside the closet and the other outside). Next time, let us know so we can resolve it immediately. A joy to stay with friends: a nice location with a lot of rest in a small wood. The house itself looks nice and solid and does have enough rooms and bathrooms to accomodate a huge group. The landlord is really very customer focused and is very willing to help and support.

We were very comfortable in the house, well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have access to the garden, only 2 rooms have a toilet in the room, comfortable mattresses. They are renovating the toilets. Comfortable games rooms. Very nice pool and garden with pine trees.

The house itself is very good, but even though they have made small renovations, the passage of time is noticeable. There are still some aspects to improve (some room does not have a shelf or closet where you can leave some clothes), a bathroom needs renovation. In general, it is a house prepared for large groups, with different spaces and a huge and very practical dining room right next to the kitchen that has a great barbecue that has been great for us. The games part (ping-pong, billiards, etc.) were very good. Miquel, the owner has been very attentive at all times and has given us all kinds of explanations. Thank you so much.

We had rented the house for a family event and we had a great stay. Very spacious house, lots of play areas, well-equipped kitchen and a very pleasant dining room. Miquel is available and very friendly. The environment is fabulous, while remaining close to the village to do all the necessary shopping. A small note: the bathrooms could be renewed.

We are a family of 12 with 6 children of different ages. Our stay in Can Casadevall has been from July 17 to 23, 2021. In general we have been very good because the house is very spacious, has enough bathrooms and has outdoor furniture that allows you to enjoy the place and rest, BUT THE AREA OF THE POOL AND SURROUNDINGS ARE DANGEROUS and it is for this reason that we will not repeat until the works that Miquel told us that they plan to carry out in these areas are carried out. To bear in mind, that the photos on the web, on this occasion, generate very high expectations that then fall once in the place due to the lack of maintenance of the house, both inside and outside, but especially on the outside. Because the photos do not show the poor condition of the pool beach. What we liked the most: The pool, because of its triangular shape, its size 12x12x12 and because it is salt water. Make it a one-story house with direct access from the garden / pool to different areas of the house: bedrooms, kitchen, living room and BBQ area. The breadth of all the spaces, both inside and outside. Very complete and equipped kitchen. It does not lack anything. The chill out area or outdoor sofas. It is perfect because it allows everyone to be comfortably seated in front of the pool. That the BBQ area is attached to the kitchen and communicates. That the BBQ room can be fully opened. That the tender area is illuminated. The mattresses: they are all very comfortable. The cleaning of the house, despite being a huge house, everything is very clean. Foosball in the pool area and billiard room. The WIFI connection: you get a very good signal in all areas of the house and the water pressure in the showers in the bathrooms. What we did not like: The pool beach and its surroundings (grates for the passage of water) are dangerous areas due to the state in which they are located. Raised pool edge areas mean you have to watch where you step to avoid tripping and injuring yourself and still sometimes hit yourself. The same happens with the gratings between the porch and the pool, some of them are raised and are dangerous. We had to put one of the outside tables to prevent the children from passing by and hurting themselves. It is a pity that such a beautiful pool is in this state. The pool does not touch the sun in the afternoon due to the shade of the surrounding pine trees. There is no outside shower. The garden has a room with a shower and a toilet that we do not use because it is quite run down (no photos of this room appear on the web). The refrigerators are small and one of them does not cool well. If the BBQ area is left glazed, there is a lot of eco in the room and it is uncomfortable to be in there if there are many of us talking. The ping pong table, we have not been able to use it because it is very unstable, which in turn makes it dangerous for children. You need a good revision or change it directly. In all rooms it is very hot at night and there are no mosquito nets so the blind cannot be left up at night. My suggestions to improve the experience at CAN CASADEVALL: - Refurbish the pool beach and its surroundings (very necessary) - Outside there are several broken holes with cables inside. They should be repaired to prevent a child from harming himself. - Install an outdoor shower in the pool. - Solve the eco in the BBQ room to be able to be there without opening the doors and with the air conditioning. - Place a third refrigerator or change the ones there are for larger ones that cool well. In the adjoining room there is enough space to put another fridge. Currently the white refrigerator is very little cold and is small. The gray refrigerator is well-sized and cools well. The house is in a privileged location so you don't have to go shopping with your car, so it is necessary to have larger refrigerators or at least one more refrigerator, to make a single purchase and fit everything. - Remove the glass door in the living room to go to the billiard room. The door does not have any function and is dangerous as the air current hits the wall and can break. We put a towel on the ground to prevent it from moving in the current. - Explain in a document how the kitchen works with a gas cylinder. - The kitchen hood is placed where it is very easy to hit your head. - Place ceiling fans in all rooms. - Change the ping pong table. - Carry out maintenance in the bathroom where the sauna is located, there are large holes in the wooden frames. - The bathtub in the largest room (the one at the end) is very uncomfortable because the access shelf is very wide and it is difficult to get in and out of the bathtub. It is not suitable for people over 60 years old. Ideal to change that bathtub for a shower tray. - Put heather or plants in the porch area where cars are parked. It seems that at some point that area was covered. - The access road from the entrance to the house is not illuminated, there are lamps but none of them work, so if you want to walk at night inside the enclosure you need a flashlight. The path from the outside gate to the house is about 500m.

For example, pine trees that, due to their height, shorten the sunlight, roots that modify the uniformity of the pavement, etc. Regarding the suggestions, we will considerate all those that are possible to make (some of them we have already made, for example we have incorporated a new ping pong table). There are others, that its functions are explicit, such as the glass door, that its function is the soundproofing of the living room with respect to the bedrooms. The reprisation of the bathtub in the big room, its use is for the elderly or with mobility problems, since it is the seat on which the person can make a 180º turn, resting their feet on the floor and facilitating entering and leaving the bathtub.
