The history of the Lloar goes back to the Saracen era. In the past, it had been under the domain of the municipality of Figuera. However, during the French War, it was constituted as an autonomous municipality. One of the charms of the old town of Lloar is that it maintains an urban structure that has several centuries of history.

One of the most emblematic buildings in the town is the church of Sant Miquel, a building that was built in the 18th century. You should also see the Moro Arch, an arcade that has a Gothic style and belonged to an old house.

Another route of great interest is the one that goes from Lloar to Rogerals and passes through Damunt Roca. Its route is six kilometers long and allows you to see vineyards and mountains.
