1. Aiguamolls de l'Empordà Natural Park

Open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm in winter and from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm in summer. It has two visitor areas: the itinerary that goes from Cortalet and the one form Vilaüt. Both routes will allow you to see a large diversity of fauna (especially ornithological fauna), as well as to make numerous stops to look at the fabulous landscape. The Aiguamolls de l'Empordà are a delight for nature and bird lovers.
2. Route of the Little Prince, L'Escala

On Passeig de Riells de l'Escala we find several elements of Saint-Exupéry tale: the asteroid B-612, the three volcanoes of the planet, the baobabs and their rose, the fox and, sitting on a stone wall with the Mediterranean in the background, we find him: the Little Prince. A walking route that will remind you that one day you were boys and girls and where the little ones will be able to enjoy the magic of this story.
3. Sant Ferran Castle, Figueres

The Castle of Sant Ferran, in Figueres, is considered the largest bastion fortress of Europe. Visits to the indoor area are made following a duly signposted itinerary and they last approximately 1 hour. But the most recommended visit is the underground and unknown worlds of this fortress. Do not miss the Water Cathedral tour.
4. Megalithic Itinerary, Roses

This no-difficult circular route is an ideal path to discover the most remote vestiges of the municipality. Dolmens and menhirs: megalithic monuments along the way, will make you feel like the first settlers in the area! If you carry a good knife you can play to create your own weapons!
5. Route through the rice fields, Pals

A golden opportunity to discover the world of the cultivation of this precious cereal in the area: rice. From planting to harvest. You can do it on your own or take the train that leaves the old town of Pals and gives you a route of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. During the tour you will see the rice fields from their essence and you will know the history of the Molí de Pals building.
6. A walk arround Banyoles lake and La Draga park

You can walk around Lake Banyoles on foot or by bike. The path is flat and easy for both adults and children. The walking time is about 2 hours 30 minutes. If you go around completely, you will pass by the Parc de la Draga, where there are the Neolithic sites of the same name, which you can visit.
7. The Croscat Volcano, Olot

Located between the municipalities of Santa Pau and Olot, it is one of the largest volcanoes on the Iberian peninsula in its category, and the most curious thing is that we can see its interior. The best way to visit the Croscat Volcano is to make a 2.9 km walk (approximately one hour and a half without gradients) suitable for all audiences. Highly recommended to also enjoy the surrounding Garrotxa landscape.
