Who am I?

Hi, my name is Guillem and I was born in Granollers, a town by the Mediterranean Sea.

I’ve loved cooking since I was a child and always knew exactly what I wanted to do. When the time came, I attended one of the best hospitality schools in Barcelona, and since then I haven’t stopped learning and cooking in all kinds of restaurants in several different countries where I’ve also lived.

I have over 10 years of experience between working in restaurants and creating gastronomic experiences. For me, cooking is the best way to share love and pleasure in life! It can turn any moment into a magical experience. It’s pure alchemy!

I’ve worked in places specialized in rice dishes, fine dining, and a gourmet grill. I also spent a few months in Italy, where I learned the secrets to cooking great pasta. I lived for a year in Mexico, in Oaxaca, where I worked at one of the top 100 restaurants in the country — a place that blended tradition and innovation in its dishes. In Oaxaca, I learned a lot, especially from traditional female cooks who passed on their ancestral knowledge to me.

I’m now specialized in conscious and healthy cuisine, creating unique menus tailored to each occasion: retreats, events, celebrations, or cooking workshops.

I’ve been able to deepen this path through projects like Son Blanc in Menorca — a sustainable agrotourism project aiming to be self-sufficient by 2030 — where I cooked exclusively with products from the garden and the island, creating unique dishes almost every day. Also through a documentary I’m directing, called A Path to Cook Oneself, where I interview people who share the belief that food can be a tool for both social and personal transformation.

Menus

The menus I offer are made with local and mostly organic ingredients so you can enjoy the highest quality. There are several options to choose from:

Standard menu:

Starter, main course, and dessert — featuring traditional and fresh recipes.

Batch cooking menu:

I come to the house one day and I prepare food for the next four days, ready to heat and serve.

Creative menu:

  • 2 Starters to share at the center of the table
  • 1 Individual starter
  • 1 First course
  • 1 Main course
  • 1 Dessert

Paella menu:

  • 3 Starters to share
  • 1 Main course: Paella of your choice (seafood, fish, mixed, Iberian pork secreto, pork ribs, or vegetable)
  • 1 Dessert

Grill & Fire menu:

  • 1 Starter to share
  • 4 Meat or 4 Fish starters
  • 1 Main course: Meat (Tomahawk, ribeye, or Iberian pork secreto) or Fish (Catch of the day) or Vegan option
  • 1 Dessert

Each of these menus can be adapted to individual needs.
Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
