Casa Canigó is located in an ideal place to enjoy the calm, in the
Golf de Peralada in the middle of fields, vineyards and culture. Just
7 minutes away from Figueres and 15 from the beach, a house to live the luxury.
On the ground floor there is a large and bright living room with three intimate and different spaces: the fireplace area, the dining room table and the TV area, with exit to the garden, where there is a covered porch where you will be able to eat at any time of the year. We also find a kitchen dominated by a large island, with 2 fridges and an outside exit. On the same floor there are also 3 bedrooms -one double bedroom and another one with two beds- and 1 bathroom with two showers. The living room, kitchen and dining room are air-conditioned.
On the second floor there is a double bedroom and a quadruple bedroom with dressing room and a bathroom with two showers. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned.
The garden, presided over by its
large swimming pool, is the ideal place to enjoy the calm and the luxury of the surroundings. Next to the pool we find a
chill out area with sofas, a
built-in barbecue and an area where you can enjoy the shade. Next to the swimming pool, there is also a bathroom.
In the garage area we find a
table football and a
ping-pong.

Basic characteristics
Maximum capacity: 14 people.
The house is in a small neighborhood. It has a surface of 275 m2, with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Outside swimming pool of 11x6 m and 1,60-2,30 m depth.
Big 800 m2 garden with barbecue. And also a 30 m2 covered terrace.
Enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.
For the little ones, we have 1 cot and 1 high chair that we can prepare for free.
Dogs are welcome and have a 40€ supplement per dog and stay. We support a maximum of two.

Outdoors designed to enjoy them: Salt water pool , garden, house totally fenced, charcoal barbecue , 8 sunbeds.
All the household goods you need: Bed sheets, blankets, towels , crockery and cutlery , wineglasses , glasses, hair dryer, hand soap, toilet paper , kitchen paper , cleaning kit , clothes line .
Games and entertainment for a funniest stay: Table football, ping pong , petanque court, board games.
Also thought for the little ones: 1 cot (prior reservation) , 1 high chair, children's bathroom stool.
Comfort and good temperature throughout the year: Fireplace, firewood fireplace , heating, air conditioning (the whole house), ceiling fans.
Technology in case you want to stay connected: Free wifi, flat screen TV , stereo.
Fully equipped kitchen: 2 fridges, 1 freezer, dishwasher and soap tablets , oven, microwave, nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, electric mixer, paella grill + pan , gas stove in the kitchen adapted as a paella pan, induction stove, washing machine , iron and ironing board, kitchen mortar.
Accessible to everyone: Adapted for reduced mobility people .
