Can Parés is a
small rural house located on the outskirts of Sant Gregori, just 10 minutes away from the city of Girona. The location is exceptional due to the good communication and the proximity to the Llémena Valley, an ideal place to enjoy cycling and hiking routes. The house is located next to an old family farm (not operational) where the owner also lives with her family, with completely independent access.
The house is
fully restored and prepared with great taste to enjoy the experience in an unbeatable rural environment. The ground floor has two entrances, one through the outside terrace that leads to the living room with fireplace, and another through the main facade that accesses the dining room. Next to the living room is a fully equipped, functional kitchen with a small pantry. On this same floor there is also a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds with its own full bathroom with bathtub. The ground floor has a guest toilet.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms: a triple with a double bed, a single bed and a private bathroom with shower; and a quadruple room with a double bed, two single beds and a full bathroom with bathtub.
All rooms in the house have heating and air conditioning.The exterior of the property
impresses with its large garden, where there is a saltwater swimming pool with a security fence, a
porch area with a chill-out zone and ping-pong table and the terrace next to the house where you can enjoy meals with good company. Behind the house there is a small garage to store bicycles. The farm has private outdoor parking.
