Cal Pingu is located in
Capmany, a privileged village of Alt Empordà where
vineyards and wineries predominate. Located just a few kilometres away from the border with
France and
Cap de Creus. The whole house has large windows where the light and the views are always present and has been restored and decorated following rustic, simple and pure lines. It is located in the centre of the village and you will be surprised by its large garden with salted water swimming pool and the two porches on the back.
On the ground floor of the house lives the owner, who has her own separate entrance and does not have access to the garden and the swimming pool, which are for the exclusive use of the guests. On the first floor there is the part of the house that is rented exclusively for guests and has
3 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds. There are also
2 bathrooms: one on the first floor and one in the bedroom on the second floor.
The large open and communicated spaces make the house an ideal place for friends and families, as it gives an overall feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen, traditional style, has a table where you can eat and communicates with an area where there is a large room with sofas, TV and fireplace and there is also another table with chair to eat. All this space communicates through a sliding door to another table with chairs when you can relax and a library.
Access to the garden is through the living room, and from the couch can enjoy views of the same. The whole house has
electric heating and
free wifi.
In the outside area of the house there is a garden with a
large salted water swimming pool surrounded by a wooden platform and centenarian olive trees to enjoy its shade in summer time. There are two porches, in the first one we will see the BBQ and a large auxiliary space for beverages and food. In the second we find comfortable sofas to enjoy the garden a big outside table.
An ideal place to disconnect enjoying the convenience of being in a village but so close to nature.

For the little ones, we have 1 cot that we can prepare for free.
