Mas Roselló

Mas Roselló is a traditional Catalan farmhouse from the 15th century, restored with exquisite taste and with a very personal essence. It is
located in Calonge, next to the
beaches of Baix Empordà. You do not have to choose between beach or mountain, since this area has everything.
On the ground floor we find a wide entrance with the typical Catalan vault, the kitchen equipped with induction and ceramic glass cooktops, a small living room with Smart TV and the large dining room presided by an imposing table. In this same floor there is also a simple bathroom, three bedrooms, one with two single beds, a quadruple bedroom with two double beds and one double bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms in the house have bathroom, terrace and air conditioning (except for the three family rooms, where the secondary room has a ceiling fan).
On the first floor there is the centenary library, the large and air-conditioned living room with
fireplace and TV and the rest of the bedrooms: three bedrooms with double beds and two quadruples bedrooms. Leaving the hall we find the pool area, where there is a separate house with the 8th bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, we will find the games room, with
table football and
billiards.
The
forests and fruit trees are the natural setting that surrounds this country house and its
large garden. In cold days, Mas Roselló protects us in its spacious common rooms such as the living room with fireplace or the centenary library. With nice weather, the
pool, terrace, gardens and outdoor barbecue invite you to enjoy nature as never before.
