Mas Mula Monells is located in
the middle of the square of the medieval village of Monells, in the Baix Empordà, scene of films and one of the most visited medieval legacies in the area. The house, typical of the village, is decorated with exotic, modern and exquisite touches and is
25 minutes from the beaches of Begur and Pals.
On the ground floor we find an open space with a kitchen, dining room and TV room with
fireplace, a bathroom and a patio with a small
swimming pool and a
barbecue. For eating outside, you can do it under the vaults of the town square, right at the entrance to the house, from where you can see the whole life of the place.
On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms overlooks the square and the other has access to the
terrace with the outdoor heated Jacuzzi.
On the second floor we find another bathroom and the other two bedrooms (one double also overlooking the square and a quadruple with single beds). Going up to the third floor we find the attic, with a chill out area and some original windows.All four rooms are air-conditioned.
An ideal house to
enjoy the quiet village life with all the current comforts.
Mas Mula Monells does not have parking inside the property. You can access the square to load/unload luggage, but with great caution as the streets are very narrow. There is a free parking area 100 meters from the house.
