"Majestic, quiet and with an unbeatable exterior"

Mas Llorenç is a spectacular farmhouse from the s. XIX completely restored. Located in a privileged location surrounded by the river Fluvià. A magnificent farmhouse to bring the whole family together and spend unforgettable days surrounded by nature and calm. The house is completely isolated and only 30 minutes from the sea. It has a large garden and swimming pool.

The house has 7 bedrooms, 5 of them with their own bathroom. There are large common spaces throughout the house. Entering the house we find the large living room with sofas, fireplace and a large table to eat together. In the next room, there is the pool table and then a fully equipped kitchen. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower, a living room with terrace and a triple bedroom with bathroom and air conditioning.

On the second floor there are four bedrooms and a shared bathroom with hydromassage bath: a triple bedroom with double bed, single bed and bathroom with shower; a double room with single beds, a room with a double bed and a suite-type room with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the ground floor, with independent access to the rest of the house, there is an auxiliary kitchen and dining room and 2 more bedrooms with their own bathroom, one double and one triple. The house has heating in all rooms and free Wi-Fi. There is air conditioning in the two upstairs suites, two portable air conditioners and two fans in the dining room.

The exterior of the house is unique, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy the large garden and the swimming pool. You will also find a large outdoor porch ideal for enjoying good lunches and dinners al fresco with a barbecue, hammocks and table tennis. There is space to park cars on the property itself.

Situation

Located in a privileged place surrounded by the Fluvià river With a very large outside, totally isolated and only 30 minutes from the sea, it becomes an ideal house to enjoy the calm.

You will be able to request the invoice for your stay at Mas Llorenç during the online check-in process where you will have the option to enter the data you want to appear on the invoice and in this way, when the stay ends , the homeowners will receive an automatic notification to prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.
