Masia Can Xana, located
on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Sant Martí Vell, is a house built in the 80s with a rustic feel that blends perfectly with the natural environment in which it is located:
surrounded by green fields and lush forests at the foot of the Àngels mountain, just 20 minutes from the city of Girona and only 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava.
The caretaker of the estate lives within the property, in a separate building apart from the main house, with a completely independent entrance to ensure guests’ privacy.
From the property, there are several
hiking and cycling routes leading to the Àngels Sanctuary, an emblematic place from where you can enjoy the best views and spectacular sunsets.
On the
ground floor of the house, on the same level as the pool area, there is a
porch with a chill-out area where you can enjoy magnificent views of the property. From this porch, there is access to the house where there is a
guest toilet and a separate shower, a
games room equipped with a pool table and a small living room with a television, and the interior stairs leading to the upper floors of the house.
The main entrance to the house is on the
first floor where there is a hallway connecting to the
fully renovated and equipped kitchen which has plenty of storage space. Both from the kitchen and from the hallway at the main entrance, you can access the
dining room and the
living room equipped with a fireplace and television, a
full bathroom with shower and the
bedroom area where there are 5 bedrooms: a quadruple room with two bunk beds and four triple rooms equipped with ceiling fans (one of them with air conditioning). Two of the triple rooms have an en-suite bathroom.
On the
second floor, we find a
double room with a complete bathroom and air conditioning, a
large multipurpose air-conditioned room ideal for yoga or wellness retreats with a full bathroom, and a spacious
living room with a fireplace and air conditioning ideal for bringing the whole group together.
In front of the main entrance to the house there is a
porch with a second chill-out area, a games area with a ping-pong table and the barbecue area with a covered outdoor dining area equipped with a large table for the whole group, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a wood oven.
Outside, the fully fenced property offers a large
garden, a
swimming pool with a security fence, loungers and shaded areas, an
outdoor jacuzzi and even a
football pitch for both kids and adults to enjoy.
This accommodation does not allow check-in before 5 pm.
