Les Moreres is a
fully renovated farmhouse with great attention to detail, located in a small neighborhood
on the outskirts of Vilobí d'Onyar, close to Girona Costa Brava airport and only 30 minutes from the city of Girona and the beaches of Costa Brava.
The house perfectly combines some of its
original features, with high quality
modern finishes, and
tasteful décor that blends rustic style with contemporary touches, creating a
cosy, warm and elegant atmosphere.
On the
ground floor, you'll find a
quadruple bedroom, a
fully accessible bathroom for wheelchair users, a
games room with a foosball table, and bar opening onto the
kitchen, fully equipped with modern finishes. There's also a spacious
living room with air conditioning, ceiling fan, and
fireplace, a coffee area, and an
indoor dining room with direct access to the outdoor barbecue area.
On the
first floor are the sleeping quarters, with
two triple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a
single bedroom.
The entire house is equipped with
air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort all year round.
The
outdoor areas are one of the house's main highlights, offering various spaces designed for the enjoyment of all guests: parking area, a
children's playground, a
fully fenced swimming pool with loungers and a small porch, as well as a
barbecue area with outdoor dining.
Next to the barbecue area is the entrance to the
indoor jacuzzi area, a closed and climate-controlled area with a bathroom and shower, perfect for enjoyment all year round.
The owners of the house also run the renowned
Mas Bes Farm, where the younger ones can enjoy visiting the farm animals and the older ones can discover and taste a wide variety of local and homemade products.
Guests of Les Moreres receive a small discount on farm visits.
