Between Riner and Santa Susanna, a necropolis has been found that demonstrates the Roman presence in the area. However, the first written documents that refer to the term do not appear until the 11th century. Riner Castle, a singular building

Archaeological remains from the Neolithic period have been found in Riner. In addition, there is also an important set of medieval buildings. One of the most important buildings in the town is the Riner Castle. Currently, a rectangular tower is preserved that has a height of 15 meters. If you want to see a landscape of crops and farms, you can continue the route to the parishes of Su and Avellanosa.
