During the Spanish Civil War, Pujalt was the Training Base of the XVIII Corps of the People's Army of the Republic. The People's Army Memorial was created to remember the hard experiences that happened. In the center you can see a permanent exhibition with panels explaining the chronology and life in the camp. There are also complementary routes that visit historic spaces such as shelters.

The parish church of Sant Andreu stands out, a Romanesque building from the 11th century. The church of Santa Magdalena de l'Astor is documented from 1157 and has a Romanesque style. In Vilamajor you will also find a medieval necropolis.
