Holiday cottages in Òrrius

Òrrius is one of the Maresme towns with more charm and historical tradition. On the outskirts of the town you can find scattered farmhouses that are a clear testimony of its medieval past. There are also hermitages that are located in the middle of nature and preserve an important historical and architectural heritage. One of the most relevant is that of Sant Bartomeu with a marked Romanesque style.

The gastronomy of Òrrius is based on the use of local ingredients. Throughout the town you can find restaurants that offer a menu of homemade dishes and traditional Catalan cuisine.

The Parc de la Serralada Litoral has a multitude of trails and paths that allow you to take routes on foot or by mountain bike. Many have a very low level of difficulty, which is why they are perfect to do with the family. On the other hand, you also have a climbing school that has routes for all levels.

Around the Riera d'Òrrius there is a prominent commercial axis where you can find all kinds of shops as well as a wide selection of restaurants and cafes. The old town is very close by, we recommend that you visit some of its historic buildings such as the parish church of Sant Andreu. Its style is late Gothic and inside is the Rosers chapel.
