Visit its most important monuments

Maldà is a municipality where you can see numerous historical buildings. One of the most outstanding is its castle. It dates from the 11th century and in its main room you can see important Gothic arches. Very close to the castle is the parish church of Santa Maria, a construction that dates from the 18th century and has a neoclassical style. We also recommend that you visit the Romanesque church of Sant Pere. It is a building with a single nave that dates from the 12th century.

Take the path of the Barony of Maldà

Several paths and trails pass through Maldà that allow you to discover places of unique beauty. One of the best known is the Baronia de Maldà path. It is a circular route that passes through several towns such as Sant Martí de Riucorb or Belianes and that you can do both on foot and by bike. Throughout the journey you can enjoy a splendid view of the Corb river valley as well as fields of olive and almond trees.
