Llorac has been a municipality that has passed through several hands throughout its history. Between the 12th and 14th centuries it belonged to the Templars and Hospitallers. It was also under the dominion of the lords of Solivella.
Being surrounded by a natural environment like that of the Obagues del Río Corb, the range of activities you can do in nature is very extensive. Walking along some of its paths is perfect to enjoy moments of calm and tranquility. On the other hand, many religious buildings are still preserved in good condition, which will allow you to see both Gothic and Romanesque monuments.
Around the Corb river you will find a protected natural space where you can do numerous outdoor activities. If you do one of its hiking routes you can see monuments of great interest such as the castle or the hermitage of Savella. In addition, the terrain has a gentle relief, which allows you to go on mountain bike tours.
The religious heritage of Llorac is very important. One of the most relevant churches is the church of Sant Joan . It was reformed in the 18th century and has Romanesque elements. Another church you must see is the Church of Santa Maria. Its style is reformed Gothic and it is one of the landmarks of the area.
