The first written documents that refer to the Prat de Llobregat are from the year 965, when it came under the control of the monastery of Sant Cugat. Its airport stands out, which was built in 1941 and is the most relevant in Catalunya. Walking through its streets you can see some of the jewels of its architectural heritage. One of the best-known buildings are the Puig Houses, which date from 1784. You must also see the Balcells Tower , which was a summer house from 1850.
