Experience divided into two complementary parts: an activity + a talk.The activities are varied and adapted to your preferences. They can be activation activities such as pilates, yoga, strength circuit, functional training and walks with awareness through the natural environment. Or they can be relaxation and balance activities such as a stretching session, guided meditation with conscious breathing and yoga Nidra with bowl sounds.
All activities are designed for all levels to be enjoyed.
After the activity, there will be a dynamic and practical talk given by different health professionals. Topics such as the pillars of health, healthy habits, silent inflammation and strength as a therapeutic use, among others, can be discussed. It will not be just theory, it will be a space for questions and useful reflections to integrate real changes.
This is an experience that transforms the stay at home by marking a before and after.
Because when the body moves, the mind is organized. When the mind stops, the energy flows.
And when everything aligns, the experience is complete.
We also offer the possibility of hiring a 3-day health retreat where you can complement it with a local cooking workshop and you can delve much deeper into the details of each part of the experience.
