Can Vicens is in a privileged location in Vilamarí, in the Pla de l’Estany region. Surrounded by nature, fields and forests, it is an ideal house for enjoying the peace and quiet of the surroundings, just 20 minutes from Banyoles and Girona city.

The owners, who work in agriculture, live in one part of the farmhouse, while the other part is dedicated to rural tourism. The house stands out for its spacious shared areas, perfect for groups, and for its outdoor space designed for enjoying time with family or friends. It has a large garden with a swimming pool, a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space, and a room with a heated indoor jacuzzi.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and comfortable living room where you can enjoy a film session, a games room with table football, a small complete bathroom, and a room with a heated indoor jacuzzi, designed for relaxing and enjoying a moment of wellbeing at any time of year. There is also a second living-dining room, ideal for chatting, lingering over meals or playing a game of cards by the fireplace. On this floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, open to a large rustic dining room with a fireplace, and three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one triple bedroom. There are 2 complete bathrooms on this floor, one of them inside the triple bedroom.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms, one double and one triple. Both bedrooms have their own complete bathroom.
To ensure maximum comfort throughout the year, the house is equipped with heating, two fireplaces and standing fans.

The outdoor area consists of a large garden of more than 1,500 m², with a porch where the barbecue area is located, equipped with a small fridge, dishwasher and guest toilet, ideal for enjoying meals together outdoors. You will also find a fenced swimming pool, a small pond with geese, a football pitch with two goals, a children’s play area with swings and a slide, and a ping-pong table. The house also has a large parking area and an electric car charger.

We have been very comfortable. It's a fantastic house to be with friends and family. The porch area, the football field and the pool, are fantastic. And the treatment received from Xavi, also wonderful. We will definitely return!.

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Can Vicens?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Can Vicens does not offer the option of online check-in, therefore check-in will be done directly with the homeowners upon arrival at the house. The first person in your group to arrive at the house will need to make the remaining payment and sign the contract. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the rest of the rent:
