Can Pardal is located in a peaceful environment just outside of Sords neighborhood, 5 minutes from Cornellà de Terri and 10 minutes from Banyoles, in an
excellent location. In one part of the house live the owners and the other part is the one that is rented out entirely. Guests can enjoy all the exclusive outside because when the house is occupied the owners do not use it. It is a typical Catalan countryside house (known as “mas”) built in the twelfth century and recently restored. It has
a large garden, a pool and paddle and tennis courts (padel and tennis courts have an additional cost - see the price list).The house has a
capacity up to 20 people, has
8 bedrooms and seven bathrooms. There is heating at the whole house.
The ground floor of the house has a large open space room with TV that connects to the fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms (one with shower).
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, two rooms with double bed, one with 2 individual beds and the forth room has a double bed and an individual bed. On the same floor there are also two bathrooms. In the second floor there is a double bedroom, a triple room and a bathroom.
Above the kitchen, there is access to another floor where you’ll find an additional bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom: a quadruple bedroom divided into two separate areas by a door, providing greater privacy for guests.
Outside the house there is a
large space ideal for leisure, surrounded by fields, forests and a parking area. The house has a large garden with pool, a big
porch with a large outdoor sofa ideal to enjoy at any time of day, and a dining table. In front of the house there is also a table to eat and a barbecue. In the garden we also find a playground with a football goal. You will also find a room with a pool and a table football.
In the property there are
2 paddle courts and 1 tennis court, exterior and with lighting. They are courts that meet all sporting regulations. Additional cost: 1 paddle court and 1 tennis court 250€. 2 paddle courts and 1 tennis court 350€. These are the rates for one weekend. For longer stays, please contact us.
