Can Ferriol is an
exclusive Catalan farmhouse hidden within the
Vall de Sant Daniel natural interest park. Lighting plays a key role here, and the room's large windows allow light to enter every corner. Restored in detail, respecting the initial construction and combining it with modern technology - geothermal, radiant floor, automatic lights -, the house becomes a
model of energy efficiency and respect for the environment .
On the ground floor there is an extensive hall, the kitchen open to the dining room and a TV room. Everything is integrated into one space where the modern fireplace and large windows are the protagonists. This floor is adapted for reduced mobility, and also has a bathroom, a double room and a quadruple room. Each room in the house represents a famous
legend of Girona , illustrated in the glass partitions that separate them from the bathroom (all have a bathroom with a shower - one of them with a bathtub). There is
free Wi -Fi in the house and below the ground floor there is the room with the
table football .
On the first floor we find a comfortable library and the rest of the rooms (four doubles and one quadruple). The "El falcó del Cap d'Estopes" room has access to a small terrace with spectacular views of the valley, and the "El cul de la Lleona" room has a bathroom with bathtub.
The extensive garden of Can Ferriol is surrounded by aromatic plants and has a
crystal-clear swimming pool (with the option of fencing it, on request, at the time of booking), a large
porch with wrought iron barbecue , field football, volleyball net, a trampoline and a swing to rest peacefully in the shade. A unique and luxurious place, ideal for enjoying nature and listening to the silence
just 10 minutes by car from the city of Girona.
