Can Feixes is located on the outskirts of the village of
Santa Pau, touching the Fageda d'en Jordà and inside the Natural Park of the
volcanic area of the Garrotxa. Surrounded by forest, the entrance to the house transports you to a fairy tale.
On the
ground floor of this house lives the owning family, which has an independent access. The garden and all the exterior space is exclusive for the guests who rent the house. At the main entrance of the farmhouse, there is an
outdoor elevator that connects the ground floor with the outdoor terrace where guests access the house.
On the
first floor we find a large open space where there is the
lounge with TV and fireplace, the
dining room, the
kitchen and a reading area. The views and lighting from the table are spectacular. Wood and light are the great protagonists of this house, which has been tastefully restored while maintaining its
original essence. On this floor we also find the
game room with a pool table and exit to a terrace, a
triple bedroom with exit to another terrace and a
full bathroom with tub.On the
second floor we find the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms:
3 triple bedrooms with double bed,
a double bedroom with two single beds and
a quadruple bedroom with bathroom inside. On this floor we also find
2 full bathrooms with shower.
In the
exterior of the house, the
garden is extensive and green, with views of fields and mountains, and has
football goalposts, a
swimming pool and the
barbecue area with a large solid wood table where you can fully enjoy the environment and tranquility with the whole group. Next to the barbecue area there is a
covered chill-out space and access to the
26 m2 multipurpose room air-conditioned (only hot air) ideal for
yoga retreats and wellness workshops.
From the same house there is a lush path that with a pleasant 25-minute walk takes you to the village of Santa Pau.
