"Can Cabano is a taste for tradition and comfort in the heart of Alt Empordà"

Can Cabano is the ideal rural tourism house to enjoy with the family in a small town in Alt Empordà, Llers. It is 10 minutes from Figueres and 25 minutes from Empuriabrava and Aiguamolls de l'Empordà. The village's location is also ideal to enjoy the nature of the Darnius reservoir or the Albanyà waterfalls, located a few kilometers away. The owners live on the first floor of the property, with their own access and privacy for the guests.

The house is very spacious, is distributed on one floor and has been renovated with great taste for tradition, preserving original architectural elements and offering the best comforts. At the entrance of the house we find a hall and the corridor that leads to the 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a double bed; a double bedroom with double bed, dressing room and bathroom with shower; and a triple bedroom with single beds. This last room has a large space for children with board games, books and a blackboard wall so that the little ones can draw freely. In the same corridor there is a second bathroom with a bathtub. The entire house has air conditioning.

The second part of the house is the common area, where you'll find the modern and very well equipped kitchen, the dining room with a table to eat together and the living room with sofas, TV and fireplace. From this space you can access the garden, a small oasis of tranquility with a small swimming pool, the outdoor dining table and the barbecue. One of the main attractions this house has for the youngest members of the family is the chicken coop. It is located on one side of the garden, from where you can see and collect fresh eggs.
