Can Bordas is a beautiful house located in the rural village of Vilamacolum, a small town in the Alt Empordà, very quiet and pleasant, ideal for enjoying your holidays in the heart of the Empordà. The house is just 15 minutes from the beaches of Sant Pere Pescador and 15 minutes from the town of Figueres.
The house preserves
original elements in its structure, such as the Catalan vault on the ceilings. The entrance to the property is through the long garden and the house is accessed via the porch, accessing the ground floor where there is the
fully equipped and decorated kitchen and the living room with fireplace. On this same floor there is a large dining room, a courtesy bathroom and a small games room with table football. The decoration of the house is a combination of rustic elements and touches of a fishing village.
The first floor of the house has
four bedrooms: two rooms with a double bed and two triple rooms with a double bed and an extra single bed. One of the triple rooms has a private bathroom with shower. This floor also has a shared
bathroom with a bathtub and a small terrace overlooking the large garden, a small corner ideal for relaxing in the fresh air. The entire house is equipped with heating and the bedrooms are air conditioned.
The exterior of the house has a special charm for its long garden,
salt water pool and the tranquility that surrounds it. The
porch area, with an original old well, is ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and barbecues. The property offers private outdoor parking for up to four cars.
