Cal Xuro is a village house
located in Maçanet de Cabrenys, a small village at the foot of the Pyrenees, surrounded by mountains and
just a few minutes from the French border. A peaceful natural setting, ideal for switching off and enjoying the peace and quiet of the most mountainous part of the Alt Empordà region.
Spread over three floors, the house has been
completely renovated with great taste, preserving the essence of the original architecture while combining it with
warm, modern and welcoming decor. White tones, wood and minimalist details bring
light, space and a pleasant sense of
comfort to every room.
The house is accessed through the
garden, which is arranged over two levels. On the first level, there is a
barbecue area and an outdoor dining space with a retractable pergola, perfect for enjoying meals outside. On the second level, a large terrace features the
swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi, creating the perfect space to relax surrounded by mountains.
On the
ground floor, is the indoor dining room, opening onto a modern,
fully equipped kitchen, as well as a
full bathroom.
On the
first floor, there is the
living room with a TV. Its wooden ceiling and décor, which combines white and wood tones, create a
bright, serene and welcoming atmosphere.
On the
second floor, there are
two double bedrooms, one of them with its own
full bathroom.

peaceful mountain getaway, with outdoor spaces to enjoy, warm interiors, and all the comfort needed for a
relaxed, intimate and special stay.
