Cal Ros de Calabuig is a house in
the heart of Empordà, just
20 minutes from the beach,
Girona,
Figueres and Banyoles. The property has two houses: one is for the guest and on the top floor of the second one live the owners who have their own access. The garden and all the outdoor space are exclusive for guests who rent the house.
Entering through the main door of the house we find a distributor that gives access to the
TV room -through which you can access to a triple bedroom with bathroom en suite-, to a bedroom with capacity for 7 people also with a complete bathroom that divides the bedroom with 2 spaces, and to the
billiard room with Catalan vaulted ceiling where there is also an auxiliary kitchen.
The billiard room has direct access to the
outside terrace where you can enjoy your meals next to the barbecue, in a double bedroom, to a complete bathroom and to the large
fully equipped kitchen-dining room. From the kitchen-dining room you can access another bathroom and two double bedrooms.
The garden, presided over by the
turquoise pool, has spectacular views of Rocacorba, the Pyrenees and Mare de Déu del Món. In the
chill out area you can enjoy the cool shelters all year round.
