In the middle of the Selva region we find Cal Bolet, a
farmhouse from the beginning of the 15th century with a lot of history and renovated with personality, delicacy and preserving the surrounding environment. The house is isolated in the Esparra district,
10 km from the town of Riudarenes, in a wooded and quiet area and less than 30 km from the city of Girona or the beaches of Lloret de Mar.
The house, which consists of two buildings joined by an interior garden, has all the necessary comforts to enjoy a stay in good company, enjoy the natural environment and disconnect from the routine.
On the
ground floor of the main house we find the common rooms: a
games room with table football and space for the little ones, a laundry area, a very cozy living room and a large kitchen-dining room with large windows and a view to outside, this last room has
air conditioning . The kitchen is fully equipped, also with
a fireplace and barbecue (indoor), with direct access to the garden. On this same floor there is also a courtesy bathroom.
Please note that, as is common in this type of traditional country houses, there are some level changes inside with small steps between certain rooms, such as between the kitchen and the living room.
On the
first floor of the main house there are
three large double bedrooms, where wood and natural tones stand out, with their own bathroom, one of them with a bathtub and the others with a shower.
From the entrance of the main house, you can access the inner garden that connects to the small house. On the ground floor there is a quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds and a
large multipurpose room ideal for yoga retreats or gatherings. On the first floor there is a second quadruple room with a double bed and two single beds.
The two quadruple bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and each has a private bathroom with shower, one of them has a small dressing room.
On the
outside of the house, where the green of the wooded environment predominates, there is the outdoor dining area with a small cold kitchen (no stove) next to the
unique saltwater pool. In the garden there is also the entertainment area, with a
ping-pong table, a trampoline and a volleyball net. The privacy and tranquility will make you enjoy the best stay in a unique place.
