El Molí de Puigcarbó is a
1765 farmhouse surrounded by nature, full of charm and history located 3 kilometres along a sandy road from the centre of Muntanyola, in the heart of the Osona region. Its decoration combines the original rustic furniture of the house with modern pieces, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of personality.

Within the estate, separate from the main house, there is a private dwelling with a completely independent entrance and spaces to ensure exclusivity, peace and privacy for guests.
Upon entering the estate, a small stream accompanies us along the path that leads to the house. Outside, you will find various spaces designed to enjoy the surroundings:
natural pools with a waterfall within the same estate, a small
football field with natural grass, a
volleyball net, and the
outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a
porch with dining area, barbecue and chill-out area. There is also space to comfortably park several cars.
The main entrance is on the
second floor, accessible via a beautiful external staircase. On this floor, we find a hall that leads to a large open space with the
main kitchen (equipped with an indoor barbecue),
dining room and
living room with a fireplace. On the same floor there is a
complete bathroom with shower and
2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with two single beds and a triple bedroom.
From the kitchen on the main floor, you can access by interior stairs to the rest of the lower floors. On the
first floor there are
3 more bedrooms: a quadruple, a double and a triple bedroom, all with low ceilings that preserve the original charm of the farmhouse.
On the
ground floor there is a
dining room and a fully equipped secondary kitchen, with a
wood-fired oven and direct access from the outside to the pool area via a secondary entrance. There is also a
game room with foosball, a small
gym and a
complete bathroom with a shower.
Finally, on the
third floor of the house there is a room with a
billiard table and a
library, a
large living room with fireplace with access to a
terrace with chill-out area, from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the entire estate. On this same floor there is also another
complete bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.
