Mas Xerragast has
privileged views within the Natural Park of the Volcanic Area of La Garrotxa. The property has two houses, one in which the young couple of owners with their children lives and the other is the one that is rented. Guests can enjoy the outdoor area in front of the house,
the swimming pool, play space for children, barbecue and garden.
The house has a
spacious and bright open living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, a dining room and kitchen. All integrated in a single space with a large window overlooking the Garrotxa which leads to a covered terrace with a table to eat. On this same floor, there is a toilet. In the upper floor we find 3 rooms: a suite with views, TV, bathroom with bath and shower, a room with 2 single beds and a room with bunk bed. These two share a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there are a
games room with sofas and billiards. The house has Wifi access and heating.
The exterior of the property is unique, surrounded by nature, you can walk to the Fageda d’en Jordà, the Croscat volcano or the Santa Margarita but you can also stay in the house and enjoy the farm animals, the large garden and the swimming pool (it is located in front of the house of the owners and in the summer they may, sporadically, use it). There is a table to eat in the garden or one in the barbecue area and hammocks. In the same property there is space to park the cars.
