In the middle of Pla de l'Estany, Mas Xargay offers all the comforts to enjoy the natural environment that surrounds it. This
restored and fully equipped farmhouse is located in Vilamarí , very well connected less than 30 km from cities such as Girona, Figueres and Banyoles and beaches such as l'Escala.
The house has capacity for
15 people, has 5 bedrooms and large indoor and outdoor spaces adapted and equipped for the whole family. On the first floor of the house are the common and night areas, with a large dining room for the whole group, fireplace, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The house has a quadruple room with full bathroom, two triple rooms with full bathroom, a triple room and a double room with full bathroom. All rooms have
ceiling fans as well as some common areas.
All beds are single and two rooms have wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. This first floor has mosquito nets in all rooms and a shared bathroom.
On the ground floor of the house is
the game entertainment space, with a sofa room and Smart TV and a large games room with billiards, table football and table tennis. In front of the house, there is a dining room with a long table for the whole group, ideal for enjoying meals in an open space with direct access to the garden and pool. Next to the room, there is the
barbecue area and wood-burning oven, fully equipped to prepare the best meals.
The exterior of Mas Xargay is designed for everyone, with
all access adapted for wheelchairs, without architectural barriers and offering leisure and rest facilities during the stay. In the pool area (includes a hydromassage section), there is a full bathroom with two showers. The house has a children's play area, petanque court and, within the property itself, a large football field. The outdoor terrace is ideal for enjoying the cool summer evenings and the winter sun with good company.
