Mas Verdaguer is an
imposing restored country house, located in a privileged location on a threshold between
Alt Empordà, Gironès, and Pla de l'Estany regions. A
house surrounded by gardens and nature, only 25 minutes from Girona, Figueres, Banyoles, and the beaches of the Costa Brava.
Warm tones, wood, and natural light fill every corner of the house, transmitting a feeling of well-being and warmth from the first moment. Mas Verdaguer has
10 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate large groups, both for
family stays as well as
friend gatherings,
retreats and
company team building activities.
On the
ground floor, the house welcomes us with a
large living room with different areas: a
TV area with a fireplace, a
children's play corner and a
games room with pool and foosball.
The
kitchen, spacious and fully equipped, has
direct access to the garden and is equipped with three combination fridges and a
large table for dining together comfortably.
On the ground floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 Double bedroom, 2 triple bedrooms (one of them with an en-suite bathroom) and 2 additional full bathrooms.
Original stone stairs lead us to the
first floor, dominated by a
large living room with sofas, television and a second fireplace.
On the first floor, there are 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with a shared bathroom, 3 triple bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathroom), 1 quadruple bedroom (also with en-suite bathroom), 1 bedroom with six single beds and 2 additional full bathrooms.
The exterior features an expansive, well-kept garden, dominated by a
large swimming pool and a terrace with
soccer goals for free time outdoors. The
barbecue area, covered and equipped with a sink and workspace, is perfect for cooking and sharing good meals outdoors.
