Mas Roselló

The luxury of having the beach and the mountain one step away

Mas Roselló is a traditional 15th century Catalan farmhouse, restored with exquisite taste and a very personal touch. It is located in Calonge, near the beaches of Costa Brava. You won’t have to choose between the beach and the mountain, as this area has it all.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious entrance hall with a typical Catalan vaulted ceiling, a kitchen equipped with induction and ceramic hobs, a small dining room with Smart TV and the large dining room dominated by an imposing table. On this same floor there is also a guest bathroom and three bedrooms: two double rooms and a family room for four with two distinct spaces within the room for more privacy, if desired.

On the first floor, you’ll find the century-old library, the large air-conditioned living room with a fireplace and TV, and the remaining bedrooms: five double rooms (two of them sharing a full bathroom), and a family room for four people.

All bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, access to the outside and air conditioning (except the family rooms, where the secondary room has a ceiling fan).

Outside, leading off from the lounge, there is a separate cottage housing the 9th bedroom, which also has an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you will also find the games room, with foosball and a pool table.

Woodlands and fruit trees form the natural backdrop to this farmhouse and its extensive garden. On cold days, Mas Roselló offers shelter in its spacious common areas such as the living room with fireplace or the centenary-old library. In fine weather, the swimming pool, terrace, gardens and outdoor barbecue invite you to enjoy nature like never before

A very pleasant stay in this big house

A house that invites well-being with its amenities, such as: all air-conditioned rooms that are suites with bathroom and sink, immense living rooms, its swimming pool. One point to be even more perfect, is the kitchen: the indoor kitchen would deserve a dishwasher for 18 to 24 covers instead of an industrial machine that forces us to stay for 1 hour to load basket by basket cutlery. The outdoor kitchen, very nice indeed, but being 20 m from the indoor kitchen, would deserve its own dishes, a dishwasher and a large fridge. To highlight the great availability and discretion of Hernan, very green outdoor spaces and perfectly maintained, and finally a magnificent games room and its ping-pong table! We will repeat soon!

When and how to make the payments for the reservation at Mas Roselló?

To be able to confirm the reservation, you will need to make a payment of a downpayment of 25% of the total reservation by card, bank transfer or using a bonus or gift check.

Mas Roselló does not offer the option of online check-in, therefore check-in will be done directly with the homeowners upon arrival at the house. The first person in your group to arrive at the house will need to make the remaining payment and sign the contract. You can pay the rest of the outstanding amounts such as the tourist tax, the deposit and the rest of the rent:

In cash at your arrival at the house directly to the house owners.
By bank transfer. If you choose to pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer, you will find the bank details of the homeowners in the booking confirmation email to make the payment.
By credit or debit card at your arrival at the house.

How can I request the invoice for the stay?

If you want to have the invoice for your stay at Mas Roselló, you will have to provide the data you want to appear on the invoice directly to the homeowners and at the end of the stay, they will prepare the invoice and they will send it to you.
