Mas Potrony is a

Alt Urgell, the house stands on high ground offering breathtaking views of the natural surroundings.
The
minimalist décor throughout the house perfectly combines
modern elements of wood and metal with traditional materials and
original architectural details, such as the
stone walls and the
Catalan vaulted ceilings, bringing light and comfort to all spaces.
On the
ground floor, a spacious hallway connects the staircase that leads to the upper floors and gives access to several areas: the
laundry area, a
games room with a table football, and a cozy
living room that perfectly combines modern furniture with original elements of the house. From this room, there is also access to the
indoor heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi function, located in its own room with a
guest bathroom and a shower.
On the
first floor we find a
fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to the barbecue area, the
dining-living room with a fireplace, a
guest bathroom, and
three bedrooms: two double bed rooms (one with an exit to the large side terrace of the house) and a triple bedroom.
All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.
The
second floor offers a comfortable
living room with a pool table and
five more bedrooms: two triple bedrooms and three double bedrooms, all of which also have
private bathrooms.
One of the highlights of this
masía is that
all rooms are equipped with fancoil unit, with cold and hot air, and
allow to regulate the temperature of each room independently, ensuring maximum well-being.
Outside, when accessing the property, there is the
parking area, a soccer field with
two goals and a
basketball hoop, and a shed with a
ping-pong table from where you can access the indoor heated swimming pool room.
In front of the main entrance of the house, a
large covered porch houses the
barbecue and outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. Right in front, the
large outdoor infinity swimming pool with a waterfall-style fountain and hydromassage function, offers a unique space to relax while enjoying the spectacular views of Alt Urgell.
