Mas Pallot is a warmly familiar farmhouse in the small village of Corts, in Pla de l'Estany,
15 minutes away from Banyoles and
20 from Girona. Renovated with an exquisite taste, nature in all four corners and views of the Canigó, you will feel at home. Surrounded by details with history that make you feel this familiar warmth full of life.
On the
ground floor we find the entrance hall that distributes the
living room with TV and
fireplace, the
dining room, the
kitchen with top quality finishes, and a small toilet.
On the
first floor, there are
5 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, 1 quadruple bedroom also with an en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, and a guest bathroom. All bedrooms have a standing fan.
On the
second floor we find a fantastic open space where there is a
chill out area with TV,
table football, games and from where you can enjoy the best views of the whole house. This room has a ceiling fan.
The
garden is a paradise surrounded by nature, mountains and silence. Under the porch, we find the large table and
barbecue, and an auxiliary kitchen to make your outdoor meals practical and comfortable. From the
turquoise pool you can enjoy the singing of birds and the chirping of horses. Beyond the
football goals, the volleyball net and table tennis, we find a part of the land fenced with horses and goats.
