Mas Mascaró is a restored 16th century farmhouse located in the quiet neighborhood of Planils, within the
municipality of Corçà. Its rural and serene setting is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the peace and quiet,
surrounded by forests, fields and other farmhouses. Despite its relaxing location, it is very well connected: only 5 minutes from the town center, 15 minutes from La Bisbal d'Empordà and 30 minutes from Pals beach.
The homeowners live on the same property, with completely independent and private access. There is also
staff working in the garden and farm area, with separate access and non-shared areas with guests, thus ensuring a peaceful and discreet stay.
The house has large
common areas both indoors and outdoors, 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
On the
ground floor, entering through the inner courtyard, we find the house's foyer, from where you access the magnificent
games room equipped with a three cushion billiard table and a table football.

first floor, tastefully decorated and preserving the rustic essence of the original house, has a large
dining room, a perfectly preserved old
kitchen with a
fireplace on the ground, a
living room with fireplace, TV and access to a
covered terrace where you can enjoy good times. Around the dining room, there are 2
shared bathrooms and the

porch with a barbecue and a large handmade wooden table for everyone to eat together. Leading to the outside of the building, there is a second 50-square-meter
porch with chill-out sofas and views of the garden and the swimming pool. The
saltwater swimming pool is the heart of the garden, from where you can view the large family-run vegetable garden and the
farm area where chickens and sheep are kept. At the entrance of the property, next to the parking area, there is a shed with two goals, an ideal space for sports enjoyment in good company.
