This
Indian house from the beginning of the XXth century is located in an exceptional setting of Alt Empordà. Just
5 minutes away from the beach of Sant Pere Pescador and the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, surrounded by countryside and near the villages of Armentera and Ventalló. Restored to detail, with wide and diaphanous spaces, it is a wonder to come with a group, since the spaces allow you feel comfortable. The warmth of the stone walls, combined with clear wood and large windows create a clean, bright and modern atmosphere with vintage touches.
On the ground floor there is a spectacular open room with the roofs in the shape of a Catalan vault and large windows where there are sofas with the
fireplace, open kitchen with a wooden island and a large table to eat. The lighting is modern and accurrate and light comes in on all sides. There are also two triple rooms (one with exit to the garden) and a very original bathroom. All rooms have a bathroom with shower, and in the whole house there is a
radiant floor heating and free wifi.
In the first floor we find the
games room, with a TV, a small football table, a Wii, books and board games. On the second floor we find the rest of the rooms, distributed around a large room with hydraulic lands presided over by
billiards and a sofa. On this floor the house has two triple rooms, three doubles and a quadruple room. Two of the rooms share the exit to the balcony overlooking the garden and the surrounding green fields. In total, there are
8 rooms in the house with a bathroom with shower.
In the outer zone we find the
great built-in barbecue, the large garden with
pool, dominated by a large acacia, the porch covered with a table, the
table tennis and two football goals. An ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity in a small town but next to the beach!
