Mas Horta del Molí is a dream house located in the municipality of
Brunyola, in the region of
La Selva. An ideal place for large families and groups, where spaciousness, natural light and the environment play a leading role.
The house has been completely renovated with exquisite taste and a
minimalist, comfortable style that combines wood, stone and metal, preserving and restoring original elements that give it a
unique and warm character. Thanks to large windows placed throughout the house, natural light floods in, creating a luminous and pleasant atmosphere.
The homeowners live in an annex building with a totally independent plot and access to ensure the guests' privacy during your stay.
On the
ground floor, accessed through the main entrance, there is a large
living room with a fireplace that connects with the kitchen and the stairs leading to the upper floors where one of the three bedroom areas of the house is located.
The
modern, fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers is connected to the
spacious indoor dining room with room for the entire group. From the dining room, you access a distributor that leads to the outdoor area (barbecue and swimming pool), a
game room with billiards and television, a
bathroom with shower, the
laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, the
jacuzzi room, and two staircases that lead to two separate bedroom areas.
Mas Horta del Molí has
12 bedrooms distributed in different separate areas:
The
first bedroom area is accessed by stairs from the main living room on the ground floor. On the
first floor, we find
2 double bedrooms and 2 triple bedrooms, and on the
second floor we find
3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms on the second floor have an open shower in the room, providing a romantic and original touch. Two of the bedrooms have a shared terrace.
The
second and third bedroom areas are accessed by different staircases from the distributor on the ground floor. Both areas are on the
first floor. One has
3 double bedrooms and the other has
2 triple bedrooms.
All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating.
The
outdoors of the house are spectacular. With a land extension of 6718 m² completely fenced, it features a
football area with two goals, a
volleyball net, a fenced
outdoor pool, a covered
barbecue area and a porch equipped with a
chill-out area with an outdoor fireplace at its center, a
table for dining for the entire group, a fully equipped
cold kitchen with a fridge and dishwasher, and a
table football.
The porch connects to a separate room where there is a foldable
table tennis table that can be used as a
multi-purpose room ideal for yoga, workshops, retreats, or other activities.
Undoubtedly, the real stars of the outdoor area are the two lakes within the estate. Both lakes are completely fenced. For the safety of guests, it is strictly
prohibited to swim in the lakes. In the larger one, catch-and-release
sport fishing is allowed. Next to this lake, you will find a
picnic area where you can spend time in the cool shade of the trees.
The house has
parking outside the estate (a few meters from the main entrance of the house).
